Finding a Job With Social Networking and Other Online & Offline Resources--Using social media sites to find people, using Hoovers Business Directory, your online resume and how to write it and a cover letter, using job sites, Craigslist, Monster, and others.

The thrust of this program allows participants an active roll. We will not simply tell people to apply for a job. No, we show how to find companies, how to find names at those companies, how to use Google, your local Chamber of Commerce's online directory of member companies, how to use LinkedIn, Twitter, and facebook to find people and companies. In addition, you will learn how to get a free business card, how to use thank you notes effectively, and how seeking an internship, rather than a job, may be productive.
