Third School System Facilities Plan Workshop on Tap for Thursday

The Tolland Board of Education has invited residents to participate in a series of community workshops regarding the development of a facility plan for Tolland's schools. 

The third workshop is scheduled for Thursday in the Tolland High School library from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

The school board has selected Drummey Rosane Anderson Inc. to develop the School Facility Utilization &  Assessment Study. DRA has already conducted building evaluations prior to meeting with town residents at the community workshops. 

DRA’s study will consider the broadest range of options and possibilities to address the needs of Tolland’s school system, the board has said.  

In the third of four proposed workshops, the board is seeking public input. 

Children 3 and older and are invited to attend with their families. Age-appropriate activities will be planned.
