TMS Teacher Granted Continuance
Tolland Middle School gym teacher Steven Tozier entered a plea of not guilty at Rockville Superior Court on Thursday.
TMS gym teacher Steven Tozier was granted a continuance after appearing at Rockville Superior Court on Thursday, according to court officials.
Tozier entered a plea of not guilty to a charge of second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace.
Tozier placed a while students were walking to class last June, according to the affidavit. The incident was done in jest, according to Tozier's account in the affidavit.

He is currently on administrative leave.
Tozier is due back in court on September 20.
