Tolland Resident Named a Presidential Scholar at Merrimack College

Kelly Schatzlein was recognized for academic achivement

Kelly Schatzlein, of Tolland, was recently recognized as a Presidential Scholar at the annual Honors Convocation held at Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.

The Presidential Scholar designation is awarded to those graduating students who have achieved a minimum 3.5 cumulative grade point average, based on a 4.0 grading system.

Kelly is majoring in Athletic Training.
