Babysitter Safety Boot Camp

August 15th to August 18th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although not a "camp," the Ultimate Babysitter Safety four day course is an enhanced, intensive and highly interactive course created by popular request for young adults with a sincere interest in greater knowledge and hands on skills training. Course includes lunch, snacks and many training materials. The course will be held at CPR O HEART LLC Training Center, 642 Tolland Stage Road, Tolland CT 06084. Field trips within walking distance will include, visit with Tolland County 911 dispatch center and several preschool and child care facilities. Participants must wear comfortable clothing appropriate for playtime with toddlers and preschool children, outdoor safety work and craft projects. Sandals OK but must bring sneakers. Onsite visits will include Tolland Ambulance, fire prevention and safety with fire apparatus. Registration is required and seating is limited. Deadline is June 27th, 2011 at 6pm. Fee is $165, there are no additional fees. There are no refunds, director will have information in the event of illness.
