Judy Shaffer Will Be Missed

     The Tolland 300th Anniversary Committee was saddened to hear of the passing of Judy Shaffer, who enriched our community for many years as the owner of The Homestead store on the green.
     She graciously allowed us to showcase our merchandise at her beloved store. We will miss her.
