Fourth "How to Pay for College" Session to be held Oct. 24

     Financial advisor Craig Breitsprecher will return to the Tolland Public Library for his fourth presentation on "How to Pay for College" on Oct. 24 at 6:30 p.m.
     The free talk, sponsored by the Tolland Public Library Foundation, is not a sales pitch. It's an informative talk for parents and students on how to manage their money to pay for college.
