It's a Town Council Week.
The council is scheduled to meet Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
Here are the agenda highlights:
• Tolland Water Commission report on budget and proposed rate increases.
• Consideration of a resolution making an additional appropriation of $70,000 financed by the grant awarded by the Jeremy Worrell Foundation to the artificial turf/light project in the Capital Improvement Budget and the setting of a public hearing thereon for Oct. 8.
• Executive Session for the performance review of the town manager.
• Consideration of a resolution to declare various equipment as surplus property within the Town.
