As a candidate for Tolland Planning and Zoning Commission, I wanted to share how proud I am to be part such a committed and talented Democratic slate. As a group we have spent valuable time amongst the community listening to the concerns and ideas of our residents.
I have witnessed the deft commitment of our Town Council and Board of Education candidates to increasing communication with the community and building productive partnerships. Our town government can only lead us toward a better and more prosperous future if we all work together and listen to each other toward common goals. Seemingly difficult problems can’t be solved in an “us vs. them, and we know best” atmosphere.

The Democratic Town Council and Board of Education candidates are a mix of experienced, trusted leaders who bring a deep knowledge of town history and its prevailing issues, and newer faces who bring incredible energy and fresh perspectives to the process. I strongly urge you to support these Democratic candidates—for a stronger community for us all to enjoy, and for a brighter future for Tolland overall.
