Interested in becoming a certified raw food chef? You can by enrolling in the Living on Live Food program, taught by certified instructor and raw food chef Joanne Raia. The program is the brainchild of internationally known raw food expert Alissa Cohen, and offers classes throughout the U.S, UK and other parts of the world. There are three levels of certification in the Living on Live Food program. These include chef, instructor and teacher.
