     The Tolland 300th Anniversary Committee is holding a meeting for new and returning volunteers on April 4 at 7:30 p.m. at the Tolland Recreation Center.

     Bring a friend and come hear how  you can help plan the celebration being held between May 12 and Sept. 19 in 2015.

     Events include a Charter Day celebration on May 12 to mark the actual day the state granted residents a charter to create our beloved town; a monument to the town's founders; a gala set for May 16, 2015; a large, regional parade and a townwide picnic.
